Patrick Mitchell is the founder and owner of Accountable Leadership Solutions LLC. For over 20 years Patrick has been in the Leadership business. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, he served as an officer in the U.S. Army leading both small teams and large organizations. He graduated the Army's premier Leadership course, the U.S. Army Ranger School, as well as led units in combat on his three deployments to Afghanistan. After departure from the Army, Patrick has been in the construction industry for over ten years as a project manager, superintendent, and engineer. He currently serves as the Project Director of MEP and Construction for the Kansas City Chiefs.

Our mission is to transform construction industry organizations by fostering effective leadership practices, enhancing team collaboration, and driving results through strategic goal alignment and accountability initiatives. We help construction industry companies by taking them through what we call an alignment process. The mission, goals, and values of the organization are all taken into consideration as we work to weave those goals into lower departments. It is our belief that senior leaders need to be able to plan and strategize, while cascading their intent to departments below and empowering junior leaders to execute. This method frees senior leadership to look up and out, not down and in. We coach junior leaders on this process as well as show them how they fit and can thrive in such an environment. Finally, and perhaps the biggest piece, we help organizations with effective methods to hold leaders and employees accountable.
