Schedule Coaching

Schedule Development

Using over 15+ years of scheduling experience, ALC can develop your schedule for your upcoming project utilizing the CPM method. We utilize Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project while working closely with your team to develop a solid schedule with a baseline and critical path analysis.

Coaching

Includes 1–2 facilitators, customized content, and materials. Suitable for smaller teams (10–20 participants).

Keynote Speaking - $1,500
